Something Bright & Cheerful

Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,

Well we had storm Jocelyn battering us all day yesterday, strong gusty winds and more rain!! As Sonia said yesterday I much prefer a cold crisp morning, everywhere looks so sad when its bedraggled by wind and absolutely saturated with rain.

So today's card will brighten everyones mood, lovely bright green and gorgeous pink.  I used the same rule as yesterday,  white embossed rounded rectangle,  is base, secondary shape is the tag, Greenery x 5 is leaves, Accent is ribbon on tag and embellishments are little gems on flowers.  I love these colours together,  they certainly brighten your mood !

I hope today brings us some better weather

Love and hugs to all

  1. Morning Everyone
    What a beautiful card SANDRA.

Well I managed to get to K&N yesterday afternoon despite the rain etc. We had an extremely wet day and by tea time the storm had really hit us and it's still raining and horrible winds this morning. As a result sleep was not on the agenda.
I hope all of you are safe and not venturing out unless it's really necessary.

Huge hugs are winging their way to you all. Take care.xxxx

Well I managed to get to K&N yesterday afternoon despite the rain but by tea time the storm had really hit us torrential rain and extremely high winds which has lasted throughout the night. Sleep was very difficult.

I hope all of you are managing and everything is safe.
Huge hugs are winging their way to you all. Take care.xxxx

  4. Hi everyone
I love your bright and cheerful card, it certainly brightens up these miserable days ☺️
At least it’s dry here today, but grey and breezy! I think we missed the worst of Jocelyn.
I tried doing some crafting after work yesterday, but didn’t get very far! 🙁
Hope you’re all having a good day
Sending hugs to you all xxx

A lovely bright and sunny card, just thing for these dull dark days.
I’ve done another page in my art journal today, nothing great but at least it’s a start to get back to crafting.
Hope you all kept save during these terrible storm days.
    Goodnight Lilian.

  8. Hi everyone
Beautiful card Sandra. Wonderful happy colours.
Glad these storms are gone for this time. Didn't get much sleep with all the noise and banging from bins that was put out for this morning. Trees are down in some areas but luckily nothing too bad here.
Hope your day was good and this night be better for all of us. Many hugs to you all, xxx
