Another Busy Paper card

Good Morning Ladies,

I hope today finds you all as well as can be expected,  gentle hugs to those of you that need one. 😊

I am waiting for Becca to come and pick me up so that we can go get our pre-wedding nails sorted, I'm not sure wether to get them removed or infilled, I love how they look but they can be frustrating when it comes to picking things up and putting jewellery on, I also worry what having them on is doing to my nails.  I started taking Collagen daily about 5 weeks ago and my nails have never grown as fast, Becca's are only just needing infilled but mine are about half way down my nail, so I think its having a positive effect, although my main reason for taking it was my bones and joints.   After nails she said she will treat me to lunch, which will be lovely.

She has just got back from London where her and Adam were hosting/preparing dinner for some fancy guests, her Boss was incredibly impressed too,  I am so proud of them both,  she was straight back into work yesterday,  after a busy weekend too, I haven't seen her since the wedding so I am looking forward to catching up.

Today's card is another card that's perfect for those really busy papers in your stash, I simply die cut a circle from the white layer, then embossed it and popped a circle of the busy paper behind the aperture, I then picked a few colours from the paper to use as embellishments.  This card idea was inspired by a lady called 'stamping with Rachel'.

I hope you have a good day,

Love & hugs,

Sandra xxx

Another wet, windy and miserable day here! I’ve actually been putting the heating on to keep warm! Not what you expect to be doing in June!

Hope you had a nice catch-up with Rebecca and a good lunch out.
Went shopping this morning and had a coffee out. Back home after a couple of hours OH said, do you want some heating on ? The answer was Yes! It felt so raw and it has been raining all afternoon.
I hope you had a nice day whatever you been doing and taking care of yourselves. Many hugs, Maria xx

  5. Hello Sandra and everyone,
What a brilliant way to use some of our busy craft papers, definitely an idea I will be borrowing, it looks so tasteful used with your embossed card.
Great you were able to go with Becca and get your nails sorted, even better to have lunch together, it’s lovely having one to one time with our children…… even when they are grown up, thats what I call quality time.
Had a trip out today, not very exciting though, John took me to get my INR checked (Warfarin clinic) pleased to say it seems to be levelling out, my Warfarin tablets were stopped when I was in hospital, I was having blood thinning injection instead.
Goodnight everyone, sleep well, Love Brenda xxx
