Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,
I hope today finds you all well, yesterday was a lot cooler than the last couple days have been, I am also grateful that I didn't leave the washing until yesterday as it certainly wouldn't have dried!
Today's card was made using another of the splatter backgrounds I made last week....
I wanted to show as much of that fun background as possible, so I just stamped and embossed a Spellbinders Sentiment in gold, and die cut , I added a black drop shadow to make the sentiment stand out more. I felt that it needed something else to pick out the colours, so I die cut some flowers to show the colours off more. Super simple but fun !!

My jobs for today are - do my online Tesco order and fill my tablet box for then next two weeks. After that it must be coffee time again and again.

These splatter backgrounds are so effective and one of the simplest ways to create a background too The cards shows it off beautifully and if you leave the flowers off you have a very useful male card

Well, my creative day didn’t go to plan yesterday! Everything I tried, I didn’t really like 😔 In the end I gave up, but I did end up with a couple of backgrounds that I can use. I’ll try again today.
Another damp, grey day here so I won’t be venturing out far.

Back home seeing the grey weather and rain again is making me feel less alert so have not done much today other then popped to Ikea for a couple of hours and now relaxing with a film on tv.
