The last of our Autumn Cards

Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

Well the ground around us is very saturated,  we saw so very high & over flowing rivers yesterday,  the one Cirencester was fascinating to watch as you could actually see little whirlpools in the very fastly flowing river, I think it would be deadly if any one fell in.

Your Autumn Cards

Lillan

Lilian's Description:

Hi, here is my card for the autumn challenge, will do a poppy one next week.

This one is mostly stencilling, with a few cut out leaves. The background stencil is Tim Holtz, the mask is Lavinia stencil.
Hope you are ok, take care.

This is a little work of art Lilian,  all of the elements work so perfectly together.
Thank you so much for taking part XXX

Karen

Karen's Description:

Here’s another autumn card -
The flower one was inspired by Hazel Eaton on Pinterest in different colour way which I made in Serif and used Blooming Blooms die and a Julie Hickey stamp

Those dies you bought are so versatile,  I absolutely love this card, beautiful colours and those flowers are a real fun style, the leaves are so pretty too.
Thank you so much for taking part in the Autumn challenge XXX

  1. Lovely autumnal cards ladies I have really enjoyed using these new dies I think it’s because they are quite stylised and contemporary
SUE that drawing Phoebe did is stunning Is she studying art
Today has been one mishap after another - went to collect a jacket from dry cleaners - needed cash to pay - cash machine no money - bought a coffee in Morrison’s but not working so had to get a refund - burnt fingers on some hot oil and finally put aspirin in wrong glass of water I think I need a lie down now 🤣
    Take care everyone xx

    1. Oh and jacket had a black mark on it that definitely wasn’t there when I took it in (had the smallest amount of foundation makeup on neck edge) The mark is not on outside of jacket but when you pay £10 to have it cleaned He offered to send it back So will see if it improves

  3. Hello everyone, showers again today, lot of standing water around.
Great cards today, didn’t think I would like this challenge, but surprisingly they came together quite easy, let’s see how the poppies turn out this week.

Karen sorry to hear you have had such a bad day, hope tomorrow is better.
Spent today sitting around, feeling a bit out of sorts. Must try and do better tomorrow.
Sandra hope the dishwasher is performing well, and you’re pleased not to have that chore.
Maria glad you had a good look around at the craft show, did you do any shopping.
I’ll say goodnight, hope you have a good one, Lilian

  5. Hi Sandra and all looking in. Wonderful cards ladies. What beautiful colours we all used. They are the only lovely bit of autumn I think.
I didn’t get anything done today but hope you all had a good one.
Maria, did you buy anything at the show? Both Sandra and I were saying that we wished we could have gone too but we both know that we can’t manage such s big spread out show any more 😢xx
Karen, Phoebe is taking art. She has a lovely art teacher too so it is her favourite lesson. Both Tim and Roz took it and both got As. Penny has the natural talent too even though she is only 6 xx
I hope you all sleep well. Take care. Love Sue xx
