Michele's Guiness Themed Birthday Card

Good Morning Ladies,

I hope that you are all well, great news from Lynda, the Doctor came around yesterday and had a look at her wound, he was really pleased with it, so fingers crossed she can go home, although she will still have antibiotic IV in for a few days so a nurse will come out every morning to check that all is well, atleast there is light at the end of the tunnel now.  I can't wait for you to get home my lovely xxx

Today's card is the one that Michele made for her Husband Phil for Christmas, Phil is a real Guinness fan so Michele always makes a different Guinness themed card each year either for his Birthday or Christmas.  This one is just brilliant Michele with the 'Guinness Prints' in the snow, your attention to detail shows as you have used the same colours in your mat and layers that appear in the image.
Absolutely Brilliant card my lovely, thank you so much for sharing it with us XXX

I had a very busy day yesterday, fun though, Becca came over and we went shopping and had lunch out, then more shopping the time just flew by, we got home at about 5pm, Becca just unloaded shopping and then left while Soph and Lucy were about to leave for Asda and asked if I wanted to go  with them, I think it was about 8 o'clock by the time I sat down! It was worth the aches and pains to see the smiles on their faces though, I love spending time with all of them .

Sophie asked me to thank you all for your lovely comments, she was overwhelmed by your kindness, thank you so much ladies xxx

Pat is coming over today, I am hoping to sit and finish my Groovi card from class last week, I'm sure Pat will be doing some Groovi too.

I hope that you all have a lovely day

Love and hugs to all

Sandra

  1. Morning Ladies

Sandra’s-Thank you for sharing my card. I did have to double check I’d not added a Birthday sentiment-nothing would surprise me at the moment! As you know-Phil lives Guinness so I thought I’d use the image from the latest advert to create his Christmas card.

Hope you have Crafty fun with Pat today.

Congratulations and well done Sophie x Sandra, I bet you are glad to have a quiet day today but so well worth it after such a lovely one spent with your girls yesterday. See you tomorrow my lovely xx

  6. Hello Ladies
Sorry I haven't been in touch but my phone doesn't hold its charge for some reason
Only last about a hour. Thank you all for your kind wishes. They are trying to get me on hospital at home program so not sure when A's got to organise a nurse to give me antibiotics via a drip 3times a day for another six weeks. Also they have to get my diabetes injections &a the finger test I have been using the pen in here so I know how to do that. I'm also walking to the toilet myself with walking frame.
The doctor came yesterday & checked my wound he was pleased that it's not bleeding anymore as it would be another story. As he had to cut so much skin back
Almost to the bone &are stich it up it is so very sore at the moment it's raw.
Lisa &a family & Darren & family are coming to us Boxing Day as I won't be able to go to Lisa's for the Christmas A's to far in the car &then the nurse coming. So at least we will get to see them al.
Well enough of my tale of wow.
Michele I love your card for Phil it's brilliant I bet he loved it.
Love to every one all have a wonderful Christmas lots of love Lynda xxxx💕
