I think I say this every time I get asked to make a card but here goes......... Never Again!! It took me all day, I finished the last bits on the box at 11 40pm last night, I could feel every muscle in my body by then too. Half the time is spend deciding what to use, then trying it out and finding an alternative, the washing line itself took me over an hour, finding a fine enough thread but making surevut stood out, the posts for the line were made by me using a tree embossing folder on kraft card, adding a little ink and then chopping the bits down to fit. I die cut the house and hills, then decided to add some tufts of grass, then the fence, which looked too stark, so I added some grass in front of that with some tiny flowers, the girls were pleased with it and Sophie sent it to the girls sister who loved it too, so fingers crossed it will be ok. I added a card base to the back of the frame and added an insert so that there was plenty of room for people to write.

SANDRA - How gorgeous is your card. So detailed and more to see every time you look at it.
It's K&N this afternoon so I'll be packing my craft bag and then panic sets in - 'Have I put everything in. Has each envelope got all the pieces inside ready for making. Checking again and then hoping that the ladies will like the card.
Why do we put ourselves through the worry.

Now I have to apologise to you because I realised too late that I had addressed your birthday card to No3 (don’t ask me why because I had the correct address in front of me. I think it’s the ageing grey cells) so I hope your neighbours are home and pass on your card.
Sandra what an amazing job you made of your commissioned card as Janet said every time you look at it you just see more and more detail, I hope the girls explained how much time you had put in to making this beautiful card. You have the satisfaction of knowing what Treasure you have created.
Must get a wiggle on and get ready for my vaccinations today.

Hello, dull but no rain, very chilly, am determined no to put the heating on yet. Luckily when we had the house refurbished, we had all the internal walls and outer wall,had extra insulation fitted, so that helps.
