Good Saturday Morning Ladies,
I hope that you are all well and relaxed and enjoying the weekend, we managed to get quite a bit done in the garden yesterday afternoon, Paul did some digging, in preparation for our French Beans going in, I was transplanting seedlings, potting them on into bigger pots, we are fast running out of space to put everything, mostly because we have grown a lot of flowers this year. I did pot on about 30 cauliflower plants and lots of herbs, I was pleased to see all of my direct sown crops coming through too, Radishes, Rocket and Land Cress which is a variety of Watercress that can be grown in the ground, there is nothing more exciting than seeing those little seedlings appear, I was particularly pleased to see the land cress coming through as the last time we tried it we didn't have any success, we have sewn them all in what used to be a flower border by our patio, so that it will be handy to pop out and pick when we need some. I'm not sure what the weather has in store for us this weekend so we will have to see if we can get out in the garden, I hope so as there is nothing better for the soul than sitting out there listening to nothing but the birds singing.
Today I am excited to share with you Pat's latest Groovi cards, they are projects from Hazel Edwards (I CreateCards) Group on Facebook. They are two beautiful designs Pat, I love the colours you have used, particularly in those lovely Crocuses, putting them inside those circular frames really does highlight them. Hazel creates some lovely projects, I need to sit and finish mine from months ago. Paul bought me an Ottlite for Christmas so that I can sit and do my Groovi in the lounge in the evening but as per usual I haven't gotten round to organising that yet. I think I am going to get another one of those Ikea style trolleys and put all my Groovi stuff in there that way I can wheel it between my craft room and the lounge with ease. Watch this space...lol. I am really looking forward to when you can come over and we can Groovi together again Pat. Thank you so much for allowing me to share your lovely Groovi cards Pat XXX
Ladies I hope that you all have a lovely day,
Love and hugs to all of you,
Sandra xxxxxx

ReplyDeletePat-two absolutely stunning Groovi cards, they’re gorgeous & I’m sure the recipients would treasure them.
We have very heavy rain & strong winds again. Hubby already home as the green keeper closed the golf course due to the bad weather.
I need to pop to the village then I’ll be heading up to my craft room, trying to find some inspiration.

Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteI love your Groovi cards Pat, and your beautiful colour combo. They’re stunning 😊
Wet and windy here today as forecast. Was hoping to go to a garden centre to browse plants and flowers, but that will have to wait for another day.
Have a good day everyone, despite the weather. Sending hugs to you all xxx
Hi everyone

Oh Pat, I do love your Groovi work and the colouring are so pretty. Well done. Like to have a go at groovi one day again.
Love to see your garden Sandra. So many different plants and vegetables growing, it must look lovely in the summer when it's all growing. Hope you don't get any pest problem's.
Have a nice day all whatever you are up to. A coffee and Scone sound good Janet so see you later for that.
many hugs for you all xx
Hi Sandra & ladies
ReplyDeleteI’m glad you like my cards ladies.
I do find it very therapeutic to do. It’s keeping me sane at the moment. Karen & the girls have just knocked the door to say hullo as they went by with the dogs. Livvy came by in her car from work. Left her car on my drive, donned her wellies and went and joined them.
Very dull here and has poured with rain all day.
Take care and stay safe everyone.
