Good Friday Morning Ladies,
Well it's the last Friday of May, does it seem a month ago that we were welcoming May in and hoping for better weather! We also have another nice long weekend, looking at the weeds in the border under our front window I know what we will be doing, although I do fancy a day out so we might go visit a National Trust property or something. I really want to go to the Black Country Museum too but it will be way too busy on a BH weekend.

Our Next Challenge
Clean & Simple is the Challenge for the next two weeks, I Pinned some amazing clean & simple cards when we were doing our Pinterest challenge, there is a Clean & Simple Facebook group as well, so lots of inspiration around.
I thought I'd find some of our old C&S cards for inspiration, I can share more if you'd like it.

ReplyDeleteI hope you all have a good weekend whatever you end up doing. We are off to Wales to visit one of Chris’s nieces and her family on Sunday /Monday. That means today and tomorrow are going to very quiet after a busy day with Pop yesterday taking him to an appointment and shopping.

Tomorrow we’re out for a 40th birthday meal with some Salsa friends but that’s it I need a restful weekend I have some sewing to catch up on I might do that if I have the energy

I can’t believe where this month has gone, nearly halfway through the year already, and before we know it, it’ll be Christmas! 😬
I am working over the weekend, but have Monday off and Mark is gigging tomorrow night and staying over, so that’s our weekend sorted.

ReplyDeleteLots of lovely inspiration for this next challenge, I’m often tempted when doing a CAS card just to add a little bit extra and need to sit on my hands to stop myself. Ha Ha.
I can’t believe where this month had gone, although I can’t get out and about as easily as I used to the days seem to fly by. I couldn’t believe it when daughter told me that she was on half term next week.
Sandra I hope Paul is feeling up to getting you to the Black country museum. But then as you said it’s Bank Holiday weekend and if the weather is good the roads will be extra busy.
Janet great you are back online again, we all take the internet for granted now - it’s just part of every day life. Anyway it’s lovely to see you are back with us, we missed you xx

Today we have been to Bedford and on the way back we had a late lunch at the Carvery so no cooking tonight, yay
Seeing SIL and her family tomorrow. Sunday with weather permitting the washing be hanged out and calling mum as it's mothers day in Sweden. Monday will be a day for cleaning and packing a few things for our holiday. 😊

My dentist appointment wasn’t much as she has decided the root is too short to get a grip on it. Have to leave it and the bone with push it out.
