Lights AGlow Dsp Challenge card

Good Morning Ladies,

I had a very chilled day yesterday,  Paul was working in the office yesterday and the girls were both away, I had a rough night the previous night, I was so hot and couldn't get comfortable,  so I had a lazy morning , watching YouTube, reading etc, I lost an hour or so on Pinterest!!

Today's card is a result of my Pinterest browse!  I bought this Light's Aglow 6x6 paper a few weeks ago but haven't gotten around to using it yet, the picture doesn't do it justice,  it's really sparkly.

I literally just layered one piece of the Dsp onto Evening Evergreen card,  cut to 5 x 5 inch.  Some pieces of the Dsp feature these little sparkly frames, so I cut one to 3x3 and matted onto a super spakly piece of no shed glitter card.  Finally I stamped Merry Christmas in Versamark ink and added gold embossing powder and heat set. I used a label die and threaded gold/metallic ribbon through the ends, I finished it with a bow and some sparkles. A quick and simple card that catches the light beautifully 😍

I hope that you all have a lovely day,

Love and hugs to all of you,

Sandra                                                                                xxxxxx

  2. Hi everyone
Love your card and those papers look beautiful 😍
Hope you had a better night last night 🥰
Maria, have a nice time with your sister in law.
Luke went back to work this morning, he felt guilty having time off as the guy he was working with was sacked on Monday - due to spending too much time on his phone! I’m picking him up shortly though as they’re letting him do a half day to rest his foot.
Been a busy morning again here, I think I’ll be relaxing this afternoon in front of the tv.
Enjoy the rest of the day everyone
Sending hugs to you all xxx

  5. Hello, all, wet and windy here, poor R has been in and out so many times with the washing, I do like them to have a blow in the wind outside.

Sandra love those papers, and the card you made from them. Gold always make things look a little bit special.

Goodnight all, sleep well , Lilian
