Good Morning Ladies,
Ladies please join me in wishing Our Lovely Brenda, I hope you feel well enough to have a lovely Birthday my lovely, sending you love and huge hugs X❤X
Yesterday just flew by, I was no sooner waving the girls off than going to the door to let Sophie back in. I'm going to be lonely today as my usual Tuesday companion is at Becca's until Friday, looking after Benji, Becca and Adam left for Budapest until Friday for a holiday. Although listening to Becca's itinerary I'm not sure they will be doing much relaxing! They have used an 'Air BnB' this time and their host was really good at recommending places to go and how to get there, I will say that Adam wasn't as keen as Becca on using the Bus!
Today's cards were made using a new technique, I saw this technique on Pinterest and thought I would give it a go.
You take a piece of A4 card and put pencil marks roughly where your card fronts would be, this us a template from Pinterest by Leann Greff
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRENDA HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY
ReplyDeleteThey’re great cards and a lovely technique Why do you have to stamp first and then cut down to size?
I hope to finish a card for this week’s challenge It’s a positive/negative idea Other than that Not much else is happening
Take care everyone xx
Many Happy Returns of the day Brenda, hope you have a lovely day. Sorry my card will be late, R posting today for me. Have to wait until he’s home to go to the post for me.
ReplyDeleteSandra love the idea for the cards, might have a go and see how I get on, more than likely end in the bin. Hoping to start this weeks challenge today.
Tuesday is cleaner day , so I better get my skates on and put away my stuff. Have a good day , try and keep dry if you’re going out as it’s tipping down. Hugs to all Lilian
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Brenda, I hope you have a lovely day xx
Love your cards today and the technique. It’s fantastic for batch making.
I hope Becca and Adam have a lovely holiday.
Well, this morning didn’t turn out how I was expecting. Was up and at A&E with Luke at 7am! He rolled his foot last night playing football and when he woke this morning he could hardly walk on it. So a trip to A&E, two x-rays and after 3 hours we were back home. He’s got an Alvusion fracture - chipped bone on the ligament π Told to rest it and take painkillers.
I did some crafting yesterday, made a Christmas card for this weeks challenge and I’m hoping to do some more later.
I hope you’re all having a good day
Sending hugs to you all xxx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY Brenda , have a lovely day π
Interesting technique making these cards. Do you make the markings on the other side of the paper then on the side you do the stamping ?
Hope you all have a good day as possible. Take care Many hugs to you all ,Maria xxx
Hi Sandra and all looking in today.
ReplyDeleteBRENDA. π₯³πWishing you a very happy birthday dear friend. You deserve to be spoiled rotten ππ₯³
Sandra, What a beautiful set of cards. I love how you cut down the “big” picture. I will definitely be trying this. The stamps and colours you used are fabulous too. I hope Becca and Adam enjoy the break xx
Sonia, not the best start to your day! But
I hope Luke foot heals quickly. Rice is the only answer isn’t it, poor lad. No doubt he will be bored xx
We had some incredible rain today, so heavy it looked like someone was emptying buckets of water straight down on our lounge windows so you could hardly see out for a few minutes. Gem and I have been busy again today. Body is not happy now though! Sending hugs to you all. Take care xx
Hello Sandra and ladies,
