Your Challenge Cards

Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

We start our journey home today, first job is to do our 'Antigen' tests and send off results so that we get our certificates in time for Tuesday. Then we need to update our Passenger Locator forms and then we should be good to go (fingers crossed).

You have all made some lovely cards for this weeks 'Sparkle and shine ' Challenge, lets have a look...

Brenda

Brenda's Description:

"The flowers are from SU  Tasteful Touches and coloured with Polychromos. The glitter ribbon was in my stash can’t remember how long it’s been there!"

Such a beautiful card Brenda,  the flowers look stunning in that colour. The little sprigs of foliage are just enough,  a perfect composition.  The pop of sparkle from that beautiful Ribbon is the gorgeous 😍.  I also love that you have placed it on a plain white card as it makes the whole card pop!! Thank you so much for taking part my lovely XXX

Karen

Karen's Description:

Here are 2 cc for Sparkle and shine They are cards I have made in the past
I needed to make the 60th
I made a shaker card and the shine is gold mirri card and the multicoloured confetti

Card 2:
The second is another variation of the Tracy Evans stamp Through the Meadows - I can stop using this stamp set! The shine is I flooded the decoupaged butterfly with glossy accents The nib is painted with gold/bronze paint

Karen thank you so much for 2 amazing Challenge cards, a great idea to add Glossy Accents to the butterfly, I bet it really catches the light. XXX

Janet

Janet's Description:

"My three CCs this week are all real 'throw backs' and were found by me deciding to drag out my Christmas box of papers and dies etc etc.

so that I could have a really good sort out before making a start on this year's cards.
The First card - I really cannot remember where or which company made the backing die cut. There are four sizes in the set. The Tree centre stage is a Sue Wilson die.

My second card was made using a Crafters Companion Die. The sentiment is again a Sue Wilson die.

My last card for this week was made using KANBAN ready die cut. Heaven only knows how old this card is but I found it right at the bottom of the box where all three cards were.

Janet I love your gorgeous Shiny Christmas cards, the level of detail you have achieved with your embossing is amazing!  Thank you so very much for supporting the challenge and making 3 gorgeous Christmas cards XXX

Lilian

Lilian's Description:

Hi, here is my card for this weeks challenge. Stamperia papers and some die cuts left over from other cards. Silver card doesn’t show up all in the photo. Hope you are enjoying the last few days of your hols.

Lilian I love your gorgeous card the flowers on the tag are so delicate they look like pressed flowers,  so pretty. I love your colour combination too, that lattice die is pretty too.  Thank you so much for taking part my lovely XXX

Sonia

Sonia's Description:

A gatefold card - which I think I started for another challenge (possibly fancy folds) I’ve die cut a Crafters Companion border out of glitter cardstock, as well as the butterfly. The centre die cut is from a Spellbinders set.

Absolutely stunning gateway card Sonia  the shape of that border die really compliments the butterfly. Your simple colour combination is amazing too.  Thank you so much for taking part XXX

Maria

Maria's Description:

"Now to my CC's- I played around with some stuff in my cupboard

that hadn't seen the light of day for a long time and I enjoyed sort
of how it turned out but it went in the bin :)  Might try again for next
weeks cc challenge Ha!

I have quite a few kits from Honkeydory so my first card is made with
pretty Yellow card and the I have used some bits with Bottles,Glasses and a text that say Friends are like Wine, The Older the Better.
On my other card I have used a Theme with a Sea Side with little Huts and a Boat. It's all stickers. I used a paintbrush to stipple sand
with TH colours and some Gold muck hihihi

Oh Maria I love your cards, the sea themed one makes me think oh holidays,  I love how you have captured the Sparkle on the waves  so clever! Your Hunkydory card is lovely too with the foiling,  I love the sentiment too! Thank you so much for taking part and supporting the challenge XXX
