Morning Ladies
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter 🐣
What a fantastic selection of challenge cards today. Great challenge Sandra. My cards were ones I’d already made as I haven’t felt up to crafting.
I had a lovely lazy day yesterday sitting out reading, unfortunately I must have stayed in the sun (despite putting the sunshade up) and was a tiny bit sunburnt yesterday evening!
We have sunshine again today-think we’re going for a walk to the beach-probably this morning in the hopes we don’t meet anyone.
Michele
Stay safe in the sun as well as outside Michele.
DeleteEnjoy your walk to and along the beach.
Morning Everyone
ReplyDeleteLove all of this week's CCs.
Once again all so very different in every way.
The CAFE is OPEN-usual hours- Today's lunch menu is roast beef so place your orders.
HUGS are winging their way to you.PLEASE TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE.xxxx
Yes please Janet. I’d love a beef roast dinner.
DeleteToday’s cards are terrific I love how every single one of us has done something completely different and I’m falling in love with a lot of the products some of you have used
ReplyDeleteMARIA- Don’t put the die in the bin Get in touch with Spellbinders and get a replacement They need to keep their customers and so might be very accommodating
GRANDSON has a name! CHARLIE I love it and really sits with his surname
OH is already up! and finishing painting the fence Mainly because the sun isn’t on it at the moment so he can see what he’s doing He’s then got longer to sunbathe
I am definitely going into my craft room I bought a cheap advent calendar kit fro Aldi It’s not brilliant The seam allowances are definitely not 1cm more like a scant 1/2cm So it’s proving to be very fiddly Oh well good for practicing on new machine
Take care all xx
Love the new babies name Karen. Sounds like the namevCharlie suits him. Not that we’ve seen a picture yet.
DeleteHi Sandra & ladies
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter everyone,
Wow what a stunning array of cards today. They are all gorgeous. Please don’t throw your die away Maria. Spell binders should replace it. It won’t harm to complain about it and ask will it.
Once again we have sunshine. It’s a bit hazy at the moment but will hopefully pop out properly later. The man who lives in number 2 was out yesterday mowing the grass outside of his house yesterday afternoon. The couple of days before he’s been trying to dig out a sort of tree bush in his front garden. It’s been too hot for that kind of work. It’s proving to be hard work by the looks of it. I rang to see how Doreen was yesterday and she’s improving. So they’re still not sure if she had a mild version off the virus or not as she wasn’t tested. At 89 she’s a very tough cookie.
Not much going on today today. Well not much goes on any day ladies does it. Well nothing exciting anyway.
Thinking of you Cheryl.
Hugs to everyone and stay safe.
Well my friend Beryl has just rung for a chat. She’s been stranded in Australia these past few weeks. She hold dual passports for Germany and the Uk. Anyway she brought to Germany by their government. She spent 5 days with her brother in Germany before being airlifted back to The UK.
ReplyDeleteShe was astonished that NO health checks were done by the German Authorities nor the English authorities. . . .
No she hasn’t been stranded in Australia. Her granddaughter was. Note to myself must read what I’ve typed before posting.
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra and all in the Cafe today. Lots of beautiful cards to look at and gain inspiration from. There are some gorgeous stamps and papers that have been used. I hope you all have a day that is as good as possible in the circumstances!
ReplyDeleteKaren, Charlie is a great boys name. Will Oscar be able to say it? Gem couldn’t say Richard or Richie but used to call him something that sounded like RJ which happens to be his first and middle initials so it stuck and he has been called RJ by the family ever since. I hope both the boys and Mum and Dad are enjoying being a family of four. Sending love and hugs to you all. I love your card, saw something similar on Pinterest and saved it 😄 xx
I’m sat in the garden at the moment and will be ringing Mum for a chat in a while. Sending love and hugs to you all with extras for Lynda, Mum and all In need. Take care xx
Hi Sandra and everyone.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, I hope you’re all enjoying the day whatever you are doing 😊
Wonderful selection of cards today, love them all.
Maria, don’t throw that die away. Is it actually damaged? (I have one from memory box, where you can actually see the damage along the cutting edge, only a small bit, but I can still use it) If it’s damaged badly I would try contacting Spellbinders. Looking at your card though, it looks okay. Can you try using some extra shims if it’s not damaged?
Karen, glad Charlie has a name, how lovely 😊
Enjoy the rest of your day everyone. Sending hugs xxx
Hi Sandra and ladies

Another beautiful day so did our walk this morning. Nearly finished husband card 😯 hihi It have taken me days because I have changed it so,so many times :/ Shame his party had to be cancelled tho but we are having a Chinese at home so we have to do something when this Corona is over but the scary thing was on the news that some people who have had it, have got it again ?! I thought when you had it you would be immune ?
Going to sit outside to read for a bit before dinner need cooking now so wishing you all a lovely day and how many of you will have some chocolate to the coffee after tea tonight ? 😁 💕😉 Many hugs, Maria xx
I’m glad your going to contact Spellbinders Maria about your die.
DeleteI haven’t heard that news about some people who’ve had it had caught it again. That’s a bit worrying isn’t it.
