Your Next Challenge

Good Friday Morning Ladies,

I know that some of you have had a busy week, trying to get your homes re-organised after having work done, some of you have been super busy with work, some of us have just had a whole belly full of stress!! Either way, we can all relax because......

Your Next Challenge

For your next challenge I would like you all to create two cards.....Using the SAME stamp or die set, one must be Christmas and the other can be Any other Occasion.

To try and show what I mean I took exactly the same dies as I used for Monday's Christmas card and made a Birthday card with them. You can use any Stamp of die set that you like.

You could use circles as Baubles for a Christmas card and then use them in a different way for any occasion.  Square dies could be Christmas Gifts or just used to show a stamped image on a birthday card or used as an aperture.

The possibilities are endless.

I hope that you enjoy the challenge.

I know that Paul is definitely looking forward to the weekend, as he has had an exhausting week at work.  We have his parents coming up to stay for the weekend too, which will be lovely.

I hope that you all have a lovely weekend too,

Love and hugs to all of you,

Sandra

  1. Morning Ladies

Sandra-brilliant challenge for next week. I definitely need something to kick start my mojo as I’m doing the bare minimum with Cardmaking.

I’m very glad it’s Friday-I was given a third trainee this week which proved too much so I dispatched her to the other hospital site.

We’re still waiting for the government announcement on further restrictions in the North West. Wish they’d just get in with it and put us in lockdown to stop people being stupid.

  2. Morning Everyone
A really good Challenge for this coming week SANDRA. One which will reall get the 'little grey' cells working.

KAREN-I'm so sorry but I haven't managed a CC this week.

Yes it's Friday again so you all know what I'll be doing today and it's going to take me longer to do it too after this last fortnight so I'd better get a wriggle on.

The CAFE of course is all ready dust free etc etc.
HUGS are on their way to you all.TAKE CARE AND STAYSAFE.xxxx

  3. Morning ladies.
Good challenge for next week Sandra, hoping to finish my cc for this week later on today.
Have lost a die and now taken everything out where it's meant to be so wish me luck
Hope the day goes quickly for you Michele so you soon home to enjoy the weekend.
It looks like a nice day so we off for a walk soon. Had a very nice morning yesterday at Frost, nice to get out while we still can. Something nice when you can get out for a while for a cuppa and to sit and people watching.
Have a nice day everyone xxx

Lovely cards to inspire us for the next challenge. Hoping I will get chance to take part.
Hope Paul is still getting on ok at work. I can imagine you’re both looking forward to the weekend, and enjoy having Paul’s parents to stay.
Need to get some housework done today, have been doing little bits through the week.......but I keep being distracted by Barney 😀 🐶
Hope everyone has a good day and a lovely weekend whatever you are doing.

  5. Hi Sandra & ladies
    Two lovely cards today.
Hope you have a lovely weekend with Paul’s parents. Amber is coming home this weekend. Also Sophie & Jonny. They’ll also visit his parents in Eynsham. That makes 6 in the household. But I’ll be able to see them unless Amy comes over as well, as Livvy leaves for work at 8.00 on Sat & Sun. if not they’ll come down to me.
Hope Paul’s able to rest his eyes over the weekend.
Take care & stay safe especially those living in areas in special measures.
