Some more Shapes to Inspire you

Good Monday Morning Ladies,

I hope that you all had a lovely weekend,  the weather was a little chilly but lovely and sunny, we ended up having our plans for a nice peaceful day went out of the window as Becca called first thing to ask if we could help her out by going and spending some time with Benji as she had a bit of a staff crisis at work, she was supposed to finish by 1pm but now how to stay till 5, so we ended up spending a few hours driving over, Paul took Benji for a lovely long walk, I did a couple little jobs while I waited, after playing with him for a bit he was ready to settle down so we left him and head back home, frustratingly Lechlade (On Thames) and surrounding area is very touristy so you can imagine the amount of cars about on a sunny Sunday afternoon,  so it took us a little longer to get home.
When we did eventually get back we had tea and scones and then set about getting some seeds sewn, while I did that Paul got busy with his Garden Shredder, we finished the day with a lovely roast chicken dinner and we all sat and watched Death on the Nile, it has Kenneth Branagh as Hercule Poirot, I will give you my review tomorrow!

I just didn't have time to finish my card for today so I dug deep (very deep in some cases) into the archives to find cards that feature different shapes
I hope you get a bit of inspiration from them.

I hope that you all have a lovely day,

Love and hugs to all of you,

Sandra

  1. Morning Ladies

What a great selection of shaped cards Sandra. Sounds like you had a busy day yesterday.

We had lovely weather again yesterday so Phil cut the grass & cut a few overgrown shrubs back, I tried to help but realised it was the best ide. I the set about the housework(not easy one handed) and did too much so I spent the afternoon reading & watching YouTube.
It’s wet & windy today so my plans of a walk might not happen.

    Lovely inspiring cards today 😊
Sounds like you had a busy day yesterday, I hope Benji was well behaved 😉 I often see him pop up on Instagram, he’s such a cutie 🐶
We didn’t watch Death on the Nile. I’ve been re-watching the first 2 series of The Split, the new one starts tonight so I’m looking forward to that.
Michele, hope the hand is getting better. Take it easy xx

Lovely inspiration for the shape challenge, thank you for digging deep into your archives it is really appreciated. xx
Great you and Paul were able to go to Becca’s when she had a work crisis - It’s what parents are good at, dropping everything and coming to the rescue. I’m sure Benji was very pleased to see you both.
Sorry I didn’t comment but Loved all of yesterday’s cards.xx
    Take care everyone. XXX
