  1. Morning Everyone
Well it's still sunny and we're already at 26 degrees so it's going to be a hot one.

What a FANTASTIC ARRAY OF ART on the boards this week. I love each and everyone and again so many themes but each an individual picture.

I can see the Marigny Dobbie has had to put all the boards up we have in store as we have so many. I can see PAUL having to get his woodworking tools out to make another couple of display boards. What do you say SANDRA heheheh.

Oh I've just looked up and through the window to Mother Magpie feeding her two babies. Jim put our leftover bread out when he went off to fetch breakfast so they are now squabbling with each other for Mum to feed them. Nothing changes does it.

We're hoping to get some planters sorted first thing this morning before it gets too hot. We bought some bedding plants on Friday and so they need putting in their home. The Basil also needs planting.

I see the CAFE DOORS AND WINDOWS are all open letting in the beautiful weather. Have a good day everyone. My breakfast has just arrived. HUGS to you all. xxxx

    1. Hi Janet. I love your card, so bright and cheerful. Paul is going to be busy making some extra display boards isn't he 😊The thermometer in our hall(the coolest part of the house) is showing 25 degrees at the moment, I wonder what it's going to go up to? I hope you manage to get the plants in before it gets too hot x

    2. Hi Janet
Enjoy your breakfast although by now I expect you've finished it by now.
I hope it's not to hot for you to finish your planting.
Paul is going to be busy making a new board for today's cards. Great card Janet. It's gorgeous.

  2. Morning Ladies

WOW-what an amazing collection of challenge cards this week. All so very different and all lovely.

I had a great time with my friend yesterday morning thenstarted on my challenge card in the afternoon-it was too warm to stay in my craft room though as it's was in full sun and even with the blinds tilted and windows open, it's was HOT!

We watched Harry Potter Fantastic Beasts & where to find them. I'd borrowed the DVD from a colleague and wanted to watch it so I could return the DVD.

Housework & possibly gardening today-depends on how much energy I have!

  5. Morning Sandra and all.

Fantastic collection of cards today. Some great ideas. So enjoyed this one Sandra, thank you.

Not a lot on today. Took Gracie out at 7.30 before it got too hot. Washings on the line, plants are watered. Just tidying a bit then some time in my craft room finishing off the pop up cards I started yesterday. Also have a couple of birthday cards to make. Lynn's bringing a list home later of what's gone in the shop this week, quite a few apparently now the holiday makers have started to arrive.

Hope everything goes as well as it can today Tracy. Thinking of you. Xxx

Have a good day everyone. Don't forget the sun screen if you're outdoors.

    1. Hi Val. Two great cards. I love the cream flowers on the script paper and a lovely Christmas card. Did you say it's the first one you have made for this year? How are the pop up cards coming along? I hope you managed to not burn your self on the hot glue gun. Do you get many requests to make personalised cards? Have a nice day crafting x

    2. Hi Sue. Thank you for your nice comment. It's my second Christmas card this year. Sandra had a challenge a few weeks ago to make a Christmas card using every day dies. At least I've got two for this year lol.
Sadly for me I did burn myself a few times. Nothing too serious though and at least they're all finished and glue gun safely packed away.
      Enjoy a lovely Sunday xxx

  6. Hi Sandra and ladies.
What a fabulous collection of cards Sandra. Ladies I think you have excelled yourselves today.
Sandra's quite right in saying that the papers I'd used on my card was from a CD. Can't quite remember what's it called but I'll have a look later and let you know. Such beautiful papers are on it. I did do another one and sent to Sandra. I hadn't stuck it onto a card but went it anyway. The inner flower slides out as it's on a separate sheet.
The nautical theme one was of course by Sue Wilson. However, I should have done a sky background for it as the blue on blue doesn't quite show the boat off. Then of course I cut the waves.

Lynda, your card is beautiful. I love the dancing lady stamp and how she is dancing on the beach. Will you be on the beach again today? You are lucky to live near to the coast. Are you allowed to take Bambi on the sand at this time of year? I know the rules change from beach to beach and from season to season. Have a nice day whatever you are up to x
Karen, I love both of your cards. Your friend will be delighted with her personalised card. That is a gorgeous shade of blue card. Yes, it's been to hot today to go out. However, we took Doreen to lunch as usual. I had a lovely ham salad. Then afterwards we went down the canal at Thrupp. We sat and watched all the narrow boats, kyacks and canoe. Just by Where we sat they bring the kyacks in and take them out again. Had an ice cream from Annie's tea rooms which is along side the canal.
