Our Beautiful Anniversary Gift from
Margaret

I die cut about 8 of each

Then spritz with water

Close up (my favourite)

Lynda has been playing with some more background designs, using Pixie Powders on the first two

These second two were made with Mica paints that Lynda painted on in stripes, then covered with cling film and scrunched, it looks really effective Lynda, I
Look forward to seeing what you create with them all.

Thank you Lynda for taking the time to photograph and send them to me to share.xxx

  2. Morning Ladies

Margaret-beautiful cross stitch picture, really lovely.

    Lynda-great backgrounds & a really nice card you've made.

Sandra-lovely flowers, I can see you using that die quite a lot.

Didn't sleep well last night (even for met it was bad). I had a phone call yesterday evening which must have been playing on my mind.
I'm not going to the craft shop & Hobbycraft today as I really don't need anything at the moment. I'm just going to pop into Southport for a few bits then home to watch the Sue Wilson shows I've recorded. I'll watch the rest when hubby is away.

  5. Hello Sandra and all who pop in today,

Sandra, What is beautiful keepsake you received from Margaret for your special anniversary. Margaret you are such a talented needle lady. I just know Sandra and Paul will treasure it as it's such a really thoughtful and personal gift. LOL

Lynda, Love the card you made for Terry, especially as you had used one of your Pixie dust pieces of art to display the focal point. I'm sure Terry loved it. I have played with my pixie dust, one piece is okay, others I think I used the dust as if I was using a salt or pepper pot, so the dust was heavy in parts. But hey Ho it's all about experimenting, well playing ha ha. LOL

Sandra love the flowers you made, did you fold, roll or scrunch them up after you had spritzed them to get that lovely petal effect?

Have managed to do two machine loads of washing, The sun is shining and there's quite a good breeze, the second load was all towels, they will feel lovely and soft from all that blowing around, most of the first load - bedding, plus a few bits is already dry. It's such a satisfying feeling,........ I'm easily pleased.

Margaret, I hope the coffee morning went well, I'm sure all the cakes were sold or eaten. Now sit and have some me time, you really have earned it. LOL

Janet, I hope your tummy is responding to treatment, sending you a very special gentle hug, lots of love and prayers. XX

Gosh - It's time I made some lunch, don't know where the morning has gone, will pop in later.
Hope everyone has a good day.
Love and hugs for everyone, Brenda XXX
