Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,
I hope that you are all having a good week, hugs ready for any of you that need one.
We finished our little break yesterday by driving to the local Harbour, called Charlestown Harbour, the harbour itself is under construction but we got to take in the lovely views and Paul found a little walkway that cut out most of the steps down to the beach, so I was able to sit down on the beach and listen to the healing sound of the sea.
Then we set off for home, the journey felt s lot longer than the journey there.
Today I am sharing the lovely card that Lilian gave me on Sunday, Lilian I love these papers that you have used 😍, such a lovely scene! The other question I have is... where are you still finding 'peel off' sentiments?? I love the delicate one you have used.

Fabulous card Lilian Beautiful papers
ReplyDeleteYou cannot beat the sound of the sea but it always reminds me of the story of a couple of friends who were holidaying in Jamaica and had accommodation on the beach They couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise of the sea!
I think I have finished my Christmas cards - I ended up creating complete cards in Serif for the neighbours They just need folding and trimming
Having nails done this morning
Take care everyone xx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card from Lilian, it’s stunning 😍 I still have some peel off sentiments from years ago 🙂
I’m glad you had a lovely break and the weather was nice for you to sit on the beach. I can imagine it was very relaxing 🥰
Have a good day everyone
Sending hugs to you all xx
Hi Sandra and everyone. Glad to hear you managed to see the lights and that you hit onto the beach - my second favourite place to relax my mind just staring at the waves and listening to the sound of the waves.
ReplyDeleteLilian, your card is gorgeous, I love every part of it xx
My home made cards are very few this year so most will be shop bought. Enjoying thinking of the people they are going to is the important thing as my darling daughter pointed out 😏
Take care. Love to you all Sue xx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, I thought you had made it all at first, stunning paper.😀
Glad that you had a nice mini break Sandra. You managed to do a lot.
Had a busy morning , not going back to WW until the 7th of January. It's a bit too long, just have to do the right choices but not always so easy, especially during Christmas.🤭
Went to Dobbies for our free coffees. Lots of the Christmas decorations was on offer already. Only bought a few little things and a small Santa flower pot with a plant in that I put a few red baubles into ☺️
Hope that you all had a nice day. Many hugs to you all, Maria xx
Lovely card you had from Lillian it is really beautiful.
ReplyDeletePleased you enjoyed your mini break and you got to walk on the beach, what a treat.
