🎄Welcome December🎄

Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

Welcome to December, I hope it brings you lots of lovely family time & happiness, it would be lovely to have some ❄️ snow to add to the Christmas feeling,  I am hoping that the Christmas spirit is going to come to me in the next couple of days because despite seeing the lovely Christmas lights in Bourton on the Water....

I'm not feeling it at the moment 😕.  Maybe when the tree goes up.🤣

I have really enjoyed making Christmas cards this week and I have lots more Christmas stash to play with,  lets look at what you have been making....

At first I thought you had printed the background in Serif, thats how perfect it looks,  you were so write that Aall&Create background die really does work perfectly with the snowman die!

Thank you so much for an amazing Christmas card XXX

Lilian's Description:

Hi, hope you are OK this morning.
Here is my card for this week, the stickles are not dry, hoping they will look better later.

Background paper with some stencilling and stamping, also picked out some of the trees with my 2h pencil.
White peel off stars .
Have a good day .

Oh Lilian your card is like a piece of Art, so much incredible detail, it looks like you could walk through those trees and off into the distance.  Absolutely stunning.

Thank you so much for another inspirational Christmas card. XXX

Maria

Maria's Description:

Hi, here are some Xmas cards and a little CA for tomorrow.
The mittens are from a magazine. No idea where Santa is from. Papers from my stash.

Oh Maria, I love your Crystal Art,  those Christmas 'Gonks/Gnomes' are so cute,  the look lovely in that pretty Christmas scene.  What a lovely gift for someone.
The Reindeer die cut card is so intricate and pretty, I love that you made it all in white with the silver behind, it looks really stunning.
The mittens are just so cute, they actually look knitted,  the background looks almost 3 D too!

Thank you so much for 3 amazing Christmas cards my lovely XXX

Sonia

Sonia's Description:

I’ve used the poinsettia and holly die from Tim Holtz ‘Vault Seasonal Sketch’
‘Merry Christmas’ from Spellbinders Christmas Mix and Match Sentiments.
On the first card I’ve also used a Sue Wilson snowflake border die, and the second card a Memory Box cut out die (sorry, can’t remember what they’re called) Gems from my stash

Two gorgeous Christmas cards Sonia,  the colours are perfect,  the look is a lovely mix of traditional and modern. I really love that sentiment die you have used.  Your attention to detail is incredible,  to me you are and always will be the 'Queen of Kraft card'
Thank you so much for sharing your Christmas cards with us my lovely XXX

OH is off to Chelsea and so I am going to do a bit of sewing today

  2. Hi everyone
Wonderful Christmas cards ladies. It was fun making them so hopefully it will be a few more this week. Have to write and send the ones abroad asap. My parents for example as they only get post every second day.
I wish you all having a lovely day and that ache and pains are behaving. Sending many hugs to you all, Maria xxx

  3. Hi Sandra and all looking in today.
Beautiful Christmas cards ladies. I love all of the different ideas and styles that have been used.
Sandra, that photo of BotW looks beautiful. I imagine that at least the Main Street looks wonderful all lit up and even better with a sprinkling of snow. You have had a lot to deal with this year one way and another but I hope you can start to get that Christmas feeling my lovely xx
Maria your Gonk/Gnomes crystal art is perfect for the festive season. Someone will bring that picture out and think of you each Christmas. What a lovely memory you create with your pictures xx

  4. Hello All, raining again, this year seems to have been so wet, here’s hoping next year will be better.
Love all the cards on show today. Going to try and do some simpler cards this week to do them quicker ! Trouble is I love making a picture.
Karen glad you had a great day , playing all the old games we used to play with all the family. These days it’s jigsaws.
Hoping to do some crafting this afternoon if my back allows.

  5. Hi everyone
A lovely selection of beautiful cards and crafts today 😍
Have had quite a busy day doing various things! Relaxing now while Mark watches the F1 race he recorded earlier.
Got the decorations out of the loft, put up the window lights but that’s as far as we’ve got for now!
Been wet and miserable here again today, I think some proper cold, frosty, winter weather would make it feel more Christmassy ☺️
Hope you’ve all had a good day
Sending hugs to you all xx
