Anniversary Seaside Card for Mother & Father In Law
Hello Friends,
Just a quick post to accompany the picture of the Anniversary Card we made for my Mother & Father in Law.
They absolutely loved it, but didn't comment on the likeness! They live in Brixham, Devon and the
beach huts in the background remind me of a beach nearby called Goodrington, we have spent many a happy hour on that beach with the children!
We have not been this holiday though, strictly not beach weather!
All for now,

Lavender & Lace
Hello Blog Friends,
Here are a couple of photos (not great) of the
Lavender and Lace card I made for my
Mother in laws birthday last month.
I used the Jane Shasky From the Heart of the Garden CD rom
that Joanna Sheen brings us with some coordinating card
and lots of lace, I made an easel style card with an opening small
square card on the front with the greeting inside, I also added some
extra dimension and texture to the card with some Lavender Flower Soft.
I hope you are all doing something exciting this Bank Holiday weekend,
my husband has to work all weekend so I am going to try and keep busy with
crafting and preparing some more posts for my blog.
Crafty Hugs to you all

Hello and Happy Monday,
Well here is my first photo of a card that I originally did for my Mum-in-law for Mothers day but a friend came to visit and wanted it for her Mum!! So I had to Start all over again!
The card was made using my trusty Spellbinder Dies and the Couture Creations Tied Together embossing folder, which lines up really easily for increasing the size of the embossed area. The die I used was the Samantha Walker
Antique Frames and Accents Spellbinder die, very versatile. I also used the Foliage die and Spiral Blossom 2.
I used the Cosmic Shimmer Teal Sky Pearl PVA glue to add a bit of interest to the background.
Sorry that the picture isn't that great but this is a learning curve for us all.
Please stop by for another picture and update tomorrow.

Hello Again,
I have just worked out how to upload photos from my camera to the laptop so I am now
going to try posting some of my recent cardmaking projects on my blog!, so watch this space!!
Last weekend I went to the Big Stamp and Scrapbooking show at Alexandra Palace, it was lovely to meet
Sue Wilson as I have been following her 'particraft ' blog for sometime now, such an inspirational lady.
It was a very accessible show in beautiful surroundings.
I recently won a blog candy competition from the lovely Christine Emberson, another amazingly inspirational
lady, Christine included the card I created for her today on her fabulous 'Hope & Chances' blog, you will also see pictures of gorgeous little Bella, Christine's adorable little dog featured on there.
I would like to thank all of the lovely comments left by all of the lovely blog friends on Christine's blog.
Please come back and see my attempt at uploading some of my projects!
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Well here goes!!! My first step into Blogland!!
Hi,
Thank you very much for stopping by, this is something I have thought about doing for a while.
I was inspired to start a blog by the many blogs I visit daily for inspiration.
I have no idea what I am doing though, this is the first step in what I hope will be a long and exciting journey!
