Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,
I hope today finds you well, I fully intended to sit and make a card yesterday afternoon, however after a quick trip to the Garden centre with the girls I was I was wiped out, I felt ok, when I got up, apart from a sore throat, I had a rough night but I think that was a combination of wind (from where they inflate your stomach etc andva lot of soreness from the inflamed Bile Duct, I guess as its already inflamed any irritation is going to cause it to react. We got back from the garden centre and I thought I would have a little tidy round, well I felt completely wiped out. I hadn't really done anything, I was in my wheelchair at the garden centre, maybe it was just the getting up and dressed that exhausted me. As I am writing this I am fighting to keep my eyes open and its only 5pm!
So as a result I am sharing an old card that I still love, it is Spring in a card !! The stamps are HoneyDoo and everytime I see this card I think "oh I had forgotten I had those stamps!
Which brings me to a question.....
Would we be better storing our stamps/ dies in Seasons???
I currently group by manufacturer, so all my Aall&Create stamps are together, (I know there are some Spring stamps in there too)! My Stampin Up ones are altogether, HoneyDoo, Etc
I do try and keep Christmas stamps together though
I think my whole organisation needs reorganisation!
How do you store/organise yours??
Have a lovely Wednesday,
Love & hugs to all,
Sandra xxx
That is a pretty Spring like card
ReplyDeleteI don’t have any particular way of storing my stamps apart from all of my Aall and Create ones are in a separate box to the rest which are randomly piled in a drawer
Please don’t fight the tiredness - sleep is a great healer especially as you know what is causing the tiredness After all it’s been less than 72 hours since you had that sedation
I am hoping to make a card for a 9 year old today
Take care everyone
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteThis card will never age, it is such a pretty spring card. I love it
Sending some more healing hugs for you Sandra and hope that you soon feel better.
We have been to Lidl for food shopping and after putting it all away I now so tired so my head is not in the card making zone.
Maybe later this afternoon, fingers crossed.
Brenda, hoping that you are alright and John too
Sonia,, did you manage to see your little grandson? He's growing up so quick.
Lilian, hope you are alright and taking it easy.
Love to see the runner you're making.
Sue, hope you are better.Must be so draining to have those migraines that you have sometimes.
Have a good day everyone. Many hugs to you all, Maria xx
What a lovely spring card, so cheerful looking. R bought me some daffodils today, at least spring is on the way.
ReplyDeleteSandra do hope you are beginning to feel a bit better.
Stamp organisation,I don’t really do, I keep them in plastic folders. All of my current and some older ones are together, Christmas are together.
Been to the dentist another filling done, so that’s £310 for two fillings, I don’t know how some people manage.
Keep well all. Lilian
Hi Sandra and all looking in. A beautiful card having a deserved second showing. It really is gorgeous, I love the purple against the yellow and green.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have started to feel a bit better xx
Karen how are you feeling now? Improving I hope xx
My Christmas stamps are all together and I have the most used sentiment stamps stored on laminated card. I do need to have a good sort out of the red as some I will never use. I’m trying to declutter his year, not just craft stash but throughout the whole house. I’m always interested to see others storage.
Chris and I are on our way home after a lovely visit with Pop. We took him out for a haircut, lunch and to get som new shoes, did all three so he was very happy, albeit rather tired by the time we left him about half an hour ago bless him 🥰Have a good evening. Take care. Love Sue xx
