Same card different Colour Cube combination !

Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,

Not quite as sunny here today, still pleasant out though, we had hairdressers in the afternoon but the girls wanted to go to the garden centre before and then we had a walk round Stow on the Wold, which is where the salon is,  we had a marathon appointment,  we were in the surgery for almost 4 hours!   As nice as it was I was very exhausted from trying to keep conversation flowing,  as the girls are quite quiet.  It's not often you'll hear me say I struggled to keep talking 🤣😂.  He is a younger man, so we don't have as much in common.

I accepted Karen's challenge and used the same Lisa Horton Stencil.  Today I used Card number 042 for today's card,  I used A Stampin Up ink 'Bubble Bath' for the pink,  Evergreen Bough oxide for the Green (with Pine Needles Oxide for accent shade) Twisted Citron oxide for the yellow, Wild Honey Oxide for the orange and Mermaid Lagoon Oxide for the Blue.

I don't think the colours worked as well as yesterday's but I picked the card and stuck with it, I have found those colour swatches I did a few weeks back so useful in matching the shades on the cards.

Hopefully you can see the colour matches better closer up.

Thanks for the challenge Karen xx

Have a lovely day ladies,

Love and hugs to all,

Sandra xxx

  1. I love it! I think the colours do work beautifully Thank you for accepting my challenge I have yet to do something similar I do like repeating an idea with a different angle
Off to get nails done in a mo and then we are going into London We are using a couple of vouchers from OH’s birthday - so lunch and then a show “Bat out of Hell” Not really my choice but at time of booking there wasn’t a lot that we fancied
    Take care everyone xx

  2. Hello, before anything else I must say I sorry I forgot to comment again yesterday.
Loved yesterday’s card, and today’s, very effective. Given me an idea to do the same, can’t wait to try my cards.

We have had a little bit of rain, but not enough, no more now until Sunday, so will have to continue watering. It’s now that I wish I didn’t have so many pots.

Hope you all have a good day, Lilian

  3. Hi everyone
A great card but liked yesterday's better because I like stronger colours, it's the only reason. Hoping you had a good day everyone. Hugs to you all, Maria xxx
