Good Morning Ladies,
Just a really quick blog post today as I am suffering with another UTI, this one seems extra painful, aa I am writing this I am waiting for a call from the Duty Doctor after absolutely losing my cool wuth the receptionist at the surgery, who took it upon herself to decide that I could wait until the following day to be seen! I had to get quite cross with her, I said "its Ok I will call 111 and explain that you refused to see z disabled woman with a history of chronic UTi's" at which point she changed her tune and passed a message to Duty Doctor! If I don't hear ny 5 pm I am calling 111 !! I will update you later today.
I'm afraid I couldn't sit, stand or lie down comfortably yesterday, so card making was off the agenda, so I have shared a couple of 'Oldies' to give you a little inspiration. Descriptions are below.......
Card 1: I die cut lots and sat and played, making different combinations of layers in shades of blue and green and then arranging them and adding a simple sentiment. For some reason though I didn't matter whether I used my laptop Camera of my phone camera the photo looked out of focus, I'm not sure if it is the colours causing the issue of the triangles. Very odd, it's the first time that has happened to me, it didn't do it when I photographed the other Triangle card which makes me think its the colours. Curious!!
Card 2: I rummaged through my dies and decided on triangles. The papers I used were a £1 set of 6x6 papers I got from Every Crafts a pound a few years ago. I die cut a few and backed them onto some 300gsm white card for strength so that the pieces would sit better on the card. I arranged the triangles and adhered them, I added a few tiny ones to fill a gap. Then stamped a sentiment in a colour to match the Butterflies on the papers. I die cut some tiny Butterflies to embellish the card and that was that.
