Good Morning Ladies,
Just a quickie from me today, as I am writing this I
am literally shaking with the shivers!
Todays reminder is a good one, its easy to get caught out when you are feeling low and just want to push on a little further, when you really now twins at it's ok to let someone elste to do it!.
Our garage bill was a nightmare, best part of £900 for the repairs! But Paul seemed ok with the work that was done. We had to have a new radiator, these things never happen while your car is still in Warranty. We need it to be ok though as we are driving through the Pyrenees in 4 weeks !
Today I am sharing a tag that I made last week, I used my Arden Creative die cuts to create the tag, the base was coloured using two shades of blue acrylic paint applied with a wet wipe! I used black embossing to add detail and some stamping. I really like the different background colours.
I am going back to Clinic to get me 24hr Heart Monitor device removed, then Lucy and I are off to do some holiday shopping!

ReplyDeleteSorry for missing you yesterday but not sure where the day went. A beautiful card tho with the brush stroke stamp. Today's tag is nice and funny enough I was looking for my wet wipes yesterday but couldn't find them so will get some new ones at next shop.
We have just got back from meeting friends at a garden centre near Cambridge. It was nice to have a catch-up as we haven't seen them since November. I haven't been crafting much but hopefully I can do something tomorrow. Only got a telephone consultation with the doctor anytime from 8am and all day.
Glad you got my card Sonia. The postal service in Sweden is really bad and only other day so sent my sister's card in good time for the 4th and she only got it on Friday. How bad is that 🙄

First time I managed to sleep last night, but somehow I feel more tired, even though I had 5hrs sleep.

ReplyDeleteGarage bills are expensive but necessary to keep the vehicle running safely. We had a quote for the car insurance renewal without even talking to the company (In the past when it has been reduced by the insurers when challenged) John said he was going to get rid of the car and give up driving and im unable to drive all be it temporary since my operation, Debbie said could she have 1st refusal? She has a MPV on a lease and it’s coming up for renewal. He ended up saying she could have it! i was so pleased for her and she was over the moon to get a freebie, she collected it on Sunday and looked very happy as she drove away.
Hope you get some positive feedback from the heart monitor.
