Good Monday Morning Ladies,
Welcome to the start of a new week, the weather is forecast to be in the 20's by the end of the week, which is something to look forward to! It would be nice to have everything in the garden done so that you could just sit and relax but that's not reality, there is always something that needs doing.
I'm try to get ahead with crafting so I have time to make extra cards for while we are away. So no relaxing in the garden for me 🤣 To be honest I couldn’t just sit in the sun doing nothing, I have to be doing something.
Todays card is one I made last week, I got my Daisy Art collection out, I decided to make a card, it couldn't be simpler, its a piece of background paper from the Junk journal, I added the fussy cut envelope and flowers and the butterfly, no sentiment yet, as I will add one when I know what I am using it for.
I hope that you all have a great start to the week,
Love and hugs to all of you

Hi Sandra and everyone looking in.
ReplyDeleteA very pretty card today. I love the gentle colours xx
I can’t wait for the warmer weather as it has been really chilly hasn’t it.
The ironing needs to be done today along with the washing…the never ending cycle. Have a good day everyone. Take care. Love Sue xx
Beautiful card I love the pastel colours- another “do I, don’t I” scenario for me to invest in some Stamperia products
ReplyDeleteWe’re going to friends for lunch today Ot promises to be riotous
Take care everyone xx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteLove your card today, it’s beautiful 😍
Arrived safely in Sidmouth with mum and dad. Bit windy and damp but settled into our rooms. I’ve had a blowy walk along the promenade, it’s really lovely here despite the weather!
Hope you’re all well and had a good day
Sending hugs to you all xx
Lovely card today the colours are beautiful pastel shades all very tasteful, love it.
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for some jewellery for quite some time, John bought home for me when i was admitted to hospital four months ago he put it in a safe place, so safe when i was home a well I asked him where he had put it ……. Well he couldn’t remember (he has the early onset of dementia) Our granddaughter remembered seeing him removing it from his pocket and putting it on the dressing table in our bedroom when she was in there getting things i had asked her to bring to me, so i knew it was at home. Well today four months later i found it in his bedside cabinet, I can’t tell you how happy I am to be reunited with it.
I am hoping that the weather will improve as I have plants that need repotting but it so cold I'm reluctant to bring them out of the greenhouse, the forecast said it should improve so fingers crossed I will get them out this week.
Take care everyone, love Brenda xxx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteA very pretty card. Nice, soft pastel colours.
Looking forward to some warmer days again, it is so cold that the heating has been on again this morning.
Glad that you found your jewellery again Brenda. So easily done to put something for safekeeping and then forget so lucky you were.
Sonia, hope you have a lovely time down in Sidmouth.
Sue, hoping that you are feeling better. Take care.
Did a little bit of house work this morning but afternoon was spent doing some crystal art.
Sending hugs to you all xxx
