Good Wednesday Morning Ladies,
We had a pool day for most of yesterday, the wind was really strong throughout the night and as a result the sea had huge waves, so at around 6pm Paul & Soph decided they wanted to take the body board into those mad waves, Lucy and I sat and enjoyed the sun whilst watching the mad pair getting beaten by huge waves, the highlight was the huge smiles on their faces, they both came out breathless and exhausted, I think it took a good half hour to get all the sand out of her hair!
Todays card is another card using the Always & Forever papers from SU, I used the back of a floral sheet for the background, I used a script stamp to add detail to the centre circle and fussy cut flowers to embellish.

Body boarding looks so easy but never seen anyone doing it in the waves, that must have been hard work.

Dad back in hospital. Third time in four weeks. Just wished they could tell us quicker what's going on. On top of this mum have got a UTI, she said she's never been in more pain.
We are both up at the doctor's in the morning, luckily we got it half an hour apart on the same day. I'm back in because of my heel, never thought the cream would work so here I go again.

ReplyDeleteSounds like Paul and Sophie had a great time riding the waves, i love watching people doing it but I have to say that I would be to scared to even try it. I don’t like putting my head under water. It goes back to when I was small we were playing by the Canal and I got pushed in (we were not supposed to go near the water) my sister was supposed to be looking after me!!!
Hospital appointment went well today and I don't have to go back for 6 months which is a great result.
