Good Tuesday morning Ladies,
We have an exciting day today as we are celebrating Lucy & Sophie's 25th Birthday, how on earth can be 25, quarter of a century!! I still remember having them like it was yesterday! Being in the delivery suite and all the midwives being fixated on the tv that had been bought in specially as there was a Eastenders special discovering 'Who shot Phil Mitchell' I think we must have watched it back then as I remember being intrigued 🤣😂, the girls didn't actually make an appearance until 5.20am on Friday 4th Feb, Soph followed an hour & 20 minutes later !! Our lives have never been the same since, they fill our lives with joy and laughter, (well most if the time 🙄🤣)!! We have a busy day, starting with the girls and I going out for Birthday brunch, then back home to wait for Paul to get home before opening their presents, then we are out for dinner in the evening! Well you are only 25 once, not that I can remember 😉
Today I am sharing the card I made for Lucy, I used some really colourful patterned paper, added a mat that I had die cut lots of '25's out of, I adhered that over the patterned paper, for the focal point I layered 3 lots of '25' die cuts and stacked them for dimension to add the centre of the circular focal point, I stamped 'Happy' & Birthday' above and below the '25' and added a few butterflies for fun.

I’m off to Knit and Natter at John Lewis today It has such a different vibe to the library one
At the moment I am in my favourite little cafe enjoying a cappuccino and cannoli - I think I have found my new favourite pastry Today’s is salted caramel Yesterday’s was pistachio It’s a good job I don’t come into town every day! Out dancing tonight so hopefully that’ll burn off a few calories

SIL and her husband is here they arrived at 11 and we have spent dagen out in shops and the three trees for a carvery, we are just going to have a coffee now before they leaving.
