Good Monday Morning Ladies,
Welcome to the start of another week, we were blessed with a lovely day yesterday, we spent the whole day outside which was lovely x Today we have a severe weather warning for heavy rain, until midnight tonight, you just can't trust our weather can you, Matt is off on his holidays today, with Alex and their dogs, they are taking their caravan up to Scarborough, I hope the weather is good for them. They both work really hard and deserve a nice holiday.
Today's card I made using an old die set called 'Perennial Petals' I die cut them in white card and blended pink ink over them (while they were still in the card I die cut them from) this makes blending easier, you get a much softer blend. I added die cut top layer in white for contrast. I used a variety of different dies and stamps to create the sentiment. This is a card I have seen many times on Pinterest.
I hope that you all have a great start to your week,
Love and hugs,
Sandra xxx
I hope Matt and Alex enjoy their holiday Your card is very pretty I love the mixed fonts which is so popular these days
ReplyDeleteWe will be going home today The holiday has been very different- the food has been awful at times but we have had such a laugh about it playing bowls during the day and Uno at night and all watching England last night (painting George crosses on everyone’s faces and bald patches (such a shame we didn’t win)
Take care everyone xx

Hi Sandra and all looking in. A lovely card to start the week, very pretty. I hope you are greeting a bit better. Fingers crossed that the weather is kind to Matt and Alex. They need a chance to relax together xx
ReplyDeleteKaren, glad you had a good laugh and the weather allowed you get some games in xx
Maria, I hope you are not feeling too bad xx
Brenda, Lilian, Janet, Sonia and Georgina, thinking of you all xx
Pop is much better physically but the dementia is very bad at times. The docs want a couple more days/ nights to monitor him then we will all have to decide the best place for him to go to from here. It will be good to get him settled whether at home with care or in a care home. Will hopefully know by the end of the week. Take care. Love Sue xx
