Your Amazing Fun Fold Card

Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

It was glorious weather here yesterday,  we popped to the little local plant sale early on and then had food shopping to tackle!  We were relieved to get back home and cool down.  Paul ended up having a nap in the afternoon as he was feeling a little off after his 2nd Jab, I wrote today's post while he napped.   When it cools off we are going to do a few garden jobs.  What are you all up to today?

I am so pleased to see so many versions of Michele’s Diamond Point card in this weeks line up, what better praise could one ask !!

Here are your cards.....

Michele

Michele's Description:

Card 1 : Michele made an amazing Christmas version of her Diamond point card

Card 2 : Actually made my challenge card!! I used magazine freebie butterfly die and some black gemstones. Added a sentiment on the back of the card where there’s plenty of room to write.

Card 3: One of the original cards, in softer shades.

Oh Michele I hope that seeing all of the 'Diamond Point cards that you inspired us all to make brings a smile to your face,  your cards are all beautiful,  thank you so very much for inspiring all of us XXX

Lilian

Lilian's Description:
Here is my version of Michele’s card.
7x5 card not the easiest to use.
Stamperia papers, with peel off, sorry I know they are not fashionable but I have “millions” to use up. Fussy cut central cartouche.

Omg Lilian those papers you have used are stunning, don't apologise for using peel offs they work perfectly for this design, a real 'WOW' card, thank you so much for taking part XXX

My second card for this week I used STAMPERIA papers from their 'ATELIER DES ARTS' and again following MICHELE's Tutorial Fold.
Thank you MICHELE I shall use this fold again and again.

Wow Janet I love both designs,  rjoae LaBlanche papers are stunning, I got my goodies last week too, my first LaBlanche product, the quality was incredible.   I can see what drew you to use that gorgeous floral collection.
I love the more Mixed Media/vintage style and colourway of your second card too.  I am so pleased that you enjoyed the challenge,  thank you so much for taking part XXX

What a fantastic selection of CCs on the boards this week.
Once again THANK YOU MICHELE for that wonderful fold tutorial. I really did enjoy making my cards.

At last we managed to see Jim's Niece for a coffee. It was extra special too as it was her Daughter's 13th Birthday. We were also 'honoured' with her teenage Son.Needless to say both of them have really shot up and are wonderful young people.

Nothing planned for today. The sun is already out and it's warm so maybe a day for shade and a good book.

The CAFE is OPEN so pop in whenever you can.
    No lunch menu today.
HUGS are winging their way to you all.PLEASE TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE.xxxx

  3. Morning Ladies

What a fantastic selection of challenge cards today, thanks to everyone who joined in the fun fold challenge.

The BBQ yesterday was lovely, nice catch up and the weather was great. I unfortunately hadn’t realised how wrong the sun was as there was a breeze and I’m sunburned! Definitely a day to stay inside today apart from putting the washing out.

  4. Hi Ladies
All I can say is wow. What a stunning array of cards made using Michele’s fun fold card. I’m definitely going to have a go at it myself using my parchment.
It’s going to be another warm one today. Might just pop up the road for a quick walk. Won’t be going to far today. I didn’t really get a walk in yesterday, well not a meaningful one anyway.
Take care & stay safe everyone.
