Good Saturday Morning Ladies,
I hope that you are all having a more comfortable time now that it's a bit cooler! We had a very humid day yesterday which makes it seem even hotter, it was quite windy too, so we didn't bother with the beach, which is always my first choice to sit. The pool gets very busy when its windy on the beach, although it seemed a bit quieter yesterday, the calm before the storm I think, I imagine that there will be a lot of new arrivals today, I think the camp 'animation ' (entertainment) team start this weekend so that will give us some entertainment at the pool, we love watching the water aerobics classes etc!
Maria I very much agree with you regarding the Air Conditioning, it always gives me congestion and a sore throat, particularly in the car, its odd because it feels like it totally dries you out but gives you cold like symptoms as well, I must say that we have it on pretty much constantly at the mobile home, this new one has a 'quiet mode' for over night, we used to have to turn it off as it made us have such dry mouth/throat at night, but this one seems ok.
This is a great reminder for all of you, especially our Sonia who is feeling really poorly 🥰

Karen, enjoy your day, would love to go there and so would Mark being a massive F1 fan. My niece was there the other weekend for the race. She’s an event assistant and sets things up, not quite sure on her actual job title. At Monaco she was setting up a yacht with a bar and relaxing area for the VIP’s. She’s in Austria now and then going straight to Silverstone.
I’ve had a pretty rubbish week, started last weekend with a cold and being sick, and now a bad earache which is weeping, headaches, aches , congestion and cough 🥺 I did wonder if it was Covid, I did a test but it was an old one which came back negative, so I don’t know what it is. I’ve spent most of the week in bed.
I hope everyone is ok, and taking it easy.

Sandra, that aircon seems so much better than the ones we have had in places. Nice to come indoors where it is a bit cooler, especially for the night because I have only had about four hours and then two hours or so nap again during the day. No energy for any crafting and my room is like a sauna.

I saw some tennis, but the men’s finals has been cancelled because of the rain, it’s by the sea at Eastbourne, hoping to catch it tomorrow.
Managed to get this weeks challenge done, not my best, but the heat really does me no good.
