 Baby Shower Card
Hello my lovely Craft Friends,
Thank you for stopping by, I have at last updated my Blog with a card that I made at start of August for a friend of my daughter's baby Shower, I was a little stumped to begin with as to what direction to go with for a Baby Shower card,
I looked through all of my resources (piles and piles of stash) and eventually decided to go with a parasol (going with the shower/umbrella theme) I found an umbrella cutting file on one of my Cricut cartridges, I cut it out in Pink spotty card, put a little pearl trim around the edge and decorated the handle with my Itty Bitty Dotty Bow, that I won on Sue Wilson's amazing, inspiring  Particraft blog! I Love it and it makes such a huge difference to the 'prettiness' of the parasol.
I made the card itself with Grand Decorative Circles, layering with pink dotty and white card, I embossed the top layer with Sue Wilson's Heart Lattice A4 embossing folder, I added a few hearts and some little teddy die cuts that I had from an old Kanban kit. I added a sentiment and covered it with a double sided sticky sheet and some Cosmic Shimmer Iced
Snow.  I then made a box, using Centura Pearl and decorated with some more tiny hearts, another smaller umbrella and the sentiment cut using a heart die and mounted on top of Sue Wilson's Classic Bow Die and some pearl string! Jo loved the card and I hope you like it too!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Blog
