A clean & simple card

 



Good Morning Ladies,

What an absolutely beautiful Spring like day we had yesterday,   I had door open for cats all day without feeling too cold.  

Great reminder today,  sometimes we take so much pleasure in pleasing our loved ones that we don't prioritise ourselves 🥰

I made this card yesterday after seeing some lovely cards on Inkylicious page,  its very simple,  I used Bristol smooth card,  added some Blue Memento inks, Summer Sky, Teal Zeal and a bit of Paris Dusk,  I then blended them with a wet paintbrush,  I added a little bit of a glitter pen on the water to give a shimmer.  I added some squiggly lines to give the water effect.  Stamped the boat,  added the sentiment and layered onto grey card because I stamped the boat and sentiment in grey.

    Beautiful card and a great sentiment The world is in such a mess at the moment
    Another great saying too Yes it was lovely to see sunshine yesterday and we have more today I hope it’s a little warmer though For some reason I could not get warm

    A beautiful card. Lovely daily words to us all.
    Weather was nice here today but I didn't see much of it because after a really bad night with pain and a headache which a don't have normally I have slept all afternoon and woken up still with a funny head.

    Hello, really lovely day and no rain. Cornwall has had the wettest winter since records began.
    Love your card today, and the saying.
    Still very short of breath , rang GP but have to wait for an appointment, up to 14 days.
