I would like to share a few photos of the last of the summer flowers, I can see everything starting to die back now which is a bit sad but it's a necessary process, plus we have Spring to look forward to.
Isn't nature wonderful!! That Fuschia has burst into life this past 10 days, with those beautiful little 'ballerina skirts'
So much lovely colour when you go out of our front door or out the back onto deck. We will hopefully get our bulbs in pots this weekend.

The wedding was lovely AND the brides dress was very unusual in that it was black! Suited her to a “T” though Shame about the awful weather they had Today is very windy but bright and sunny

Love the saying so very apt for me and possibly most of us!!! Your flowers are beautiful, we have some Fuchsias i think they are beautiful, one of nature’s miracles.
ReplyDeleteDaughter and grandson come over today with Frankie (the dog) They got another dog last weekend, it’s a rescue dog, but they left it at home with son in law. It hasn’t been house trained!!! So far It has bitten the TV remote, Daughters Reading glasses, keeps moving shoes around the house. Keeps taking Frankie’s favourite toys away from her, i hope by the time we meet her she will have calmed down. Take care everyone, love Brenda xxx

We had a great few days in Rome. We used the Red big bus to get around, hop on hop off for two days. Sadly some of the places I had liked to see were still some walk away from the stops so we left them out for this time. Today we had a 4 hour journey down to Sorrento and then a taxi journey to the hotel so rather tired. Stayed in the hotel for the dinner and it was music in the restaurant and we saw fireworks over the bay towards versuvio. Not sure about this with pasta to be Al Dente is for me but otherwise the food has been good 😊
I hope you all are alright and that our Lilian had a wonderful day. Happy birthday once again and have a lovely time with the family.
