Good Morning Ladies,
I wonder how Her Majesty is feeling this morning, what an incredible achievement, I hope that she genuinely enjoys the celebrations. Ladies if you are attending any Jubilee events I hope you have a lovely time.
I am looking forward to having Paul home and not working for 4 days! We have no plans really, we'll see what the weather does.
Today's card was a quick and simple card I used a square stamp block and added Peacock Feathers & Shabby Shutters Distress ink and spritzed with water, I stamped it down into the centre of a piece of Pink Frog smooth card. I allowed that to dry and then stamped the Dandelion in Warm Breeze Versafine Clair, the sentiment was stamped in the same too. I popped some diamantés on the Dandelion head, for a touch of luxury and mounted the piece onto a 5 × 5 inch card. The sentiment and Dandelion are from the IndigoBlu Magazine.
I hope that you all have a lovely Bank Holiday Weekend,
Love and hugs to all of you,
Sandra xxxxxx
Pretty card SANDRA I love the colours and that dandelion stamp looks beautiful
ReplyDeleteHad a fun evening with Kat and Marie - I finally got my shopping from Kat’s visit to Crafting Live!
If the weather holds out we are going to a function this afternoon - a street fayre which will end with a firework display!
After a very sleepless night I am going back to neck for a couple of hours
Take care everyone xx
Morning Everyone
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card SANDRA. So simple but so so elegant.
Nothing planned here for the week-end other than the usual. We're hoping to meet Jim's Niece on Saturday morning for one of our catch ups and coffee.
The CAFE is of course open for all to pop in when you wish.
HUGS to you all. PLEASE TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE.xxxx
Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty card. Love the stamping with a block technique, I used to do that quite a lot 😊
Work was busy today, so I’m glad to be home now! Back in tomorrow then off for 3 days.
I hope you’re all having a good day.
Sending hugs to you all xxx
Evening All, it’s been a lovely day here, warm out of the chilly breeze. It’s a shame the weather is forecast for rain at the weekend, down here.
ReplyDeleteLove your card, simple but elegant.
Hope everyone has a lovely few days. Lilian
Hi Sandra and all in the Cafe today.
ReplyDeleteI love todays card. The colours work so well together and I love the colour you used for the dandelion. All in all a beautiful card.
I hope you all had a lovely day. We spent it at home with Chris jnr. I watched Trooping the colour and the fly past. Her majesty looked very pretty in that gorgeous shade of blue. I thought it looked like she clearly spends quality time with Prince Williams children from the way she and Louie were both so relaxed chatting away to each other, a lovely sight to see. The weather in London was perfect wasn’t it, but I did feel for all of the soldiers etc. dressed in very hot uniforms!
Have a good nights sleep if you can, it is still really warm here so just a sheet on the bed for us tonight.
Love to you all. Take care xx
