Good Morning Ladies,
All back to normal today, Paul is back in work and just like that the lovely long weekend is over! I enjoyed every second I got to spend with Paul.
We made great progress on the garden yesterday but after the most torrential rain for most of the evening and through the night I darent' even go and look at the seedlings I planted and the bulbs I put in, I imagine they have been beaten out of the ground! 😔 Paul said sweetcorn and leeks were still ok.
Today Lucy and I are off out to Cheltenham for the day, then tomorrow I have Bloods and ECG and Bladder clinic on Thursday, that's come around quick this time.
Today I am sharing a quick card using Stampin Up 'Cup of Tea stamp and die set, similar style to last weeks, this one has a great foliage stamp that comes with it and the tea cup stamp is striped, the pink accent colour is Bubble bath.

ReplyDeleteYour card is gorgeous The stripes on the cup reminds me of Cornish Blue pottery The decorating starts today So I am going to hide in my craft room! I finished numbers 18 and 19 of the A&C challenge and whilst card making will think about what to do for number 20 Snail Mail

ReplyDeleteLove today’s card as Karen said the cup reminds me of the Cornish blue stripe pottery, when we first got married all our kitchenware was Cornish blue stripe, think we were using it for about 25 years allowing for breakages, now everything is white. It’s so easy to replace. today started with an appointment for John at the GP. He’s had a pain in his lower back and saw the doctor about it a couple of weeks ago, today the doctor sent him for an x-ray, so we wait now and see what the results of that are. the appointment with the doctor was 10:30 from there we went on straight to the hospital and it was turned 2 p.m. when we got back home so a late lunch then I just sat down afterwards and fell asleep, all that waiting around is quite exhausting!

Brenda, hope nothing is too bad for John. OH still waiting for the results after his biopsy. They said two weeks but it will be more then four weeks.

Yes Karen , If you ike Alfie Boe than this was a real treat. I loved it. It was nothing like when his singing with Ball, more relaxed somehow.
Very tired today tho so nothing got done that I had planned and felt cold this afternoon.
