Today's journal page is from the 'Quiet Days' Stamperia collection.
Then I added the frame with the little girl and her cat adhered inside.
I then added run -ons around the frame to create a 'cluster'. A simple sentiment and some white splatters finish the page.

Had my first session of shockwave treatment for my heal. It was killing me first but then it numb a bit so only after 10 minutes it felt ok.
I Only have two more goes so it would be nice if it worked. Knees screaming enough and so do the legs 😟

Hello, quiet weather at last. Yes Maria it was quite bad here, trees down, tiles off people’s property. Not ours luckily. We have two heavy garden chairs, the wind took them across the garden, not broken thank goodness.
