Good Saturday Morning Ladies,
What are you all up to this weekend? We are starting to get a few bits sorted for our holiday and a few garden jobs.
As always my lovely friends, you are all of the above and so much more. ❤️
Here are some of the lovely roses that we have been blessed with this year...
These pink ones are huge, you can see Paul's hand above as a size reference
This climbing petunia 'Tidal Wave ' is like a miracle plant, we bought 4 plants 3 years ago and we manage to keep them going over winter and they reward us in late spring/early summer. I love them 💗
This rose is on the front of our decking, it is so beautiful and smells so lovely, the flowers all very from cream through pretty peach to almost a pink tinge. We have a bumper crop of flowers this year.
I hope that you all have a lovely Saturday,
My love and hugs to all,
Sandra xxx

Beautiful flowers Even our bedraggled old hydrangeas are thriving

Hi everyone
ReplyDeleteLove the quote, and today’s daily reminder 🥰
Oh Sandra, your flowers are stunning. Your garden is so beautiful and all the hard work you and Paul have put into it has definitely paid off 😘
I had a lovely afternoon yesterday after finishing the rest of the housework. I spent my time in my craft room and made a card for Teddy and started a journal page which I’ll finish today. I came down for tea and then spent the evening crafting too and didn’t come out (except to get cups of tea) until about 11pm - Mark had already gone to bed ☺️
Karen have a lovely time with the boys.
Have a good day everyone
Sending hugs to you all xx
Hi Sandra and all. I hope you get your jobs done. It is funny to hear you prepping for your holiday this early again though.
ReplyDeleteI love both quotes. I will have to show the top one to Chris, once I get my mojo back! We are home after a lovely break. The cottage was quite cool thankfully. None of us had been to the Cambridge area so interesting to see that it is mainly flat and there are lots of beautiful chocolate box thatched cottages to look at.
I will catch up on the blog tomorrow as I’m falling asleep writing this. Sleep well. Take care. Love Sue xx
Evening all, much cooler tonight, first time wearing a cardigan.
ReplyDeleteBoth sayings are so true.
Your flowers are beautiful, I think it must be a good year for flowers, my rambler is covered with pale cream/ white it’s called rambling rector, if you want climber to cover an arch I can recommend this one.
Managed a small bit of crafting, but wasn’t ver pleased with it.
Karen enjoy your time with the boys.
Goodnight all.
